Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. I placed XXXX orders for XXXX from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I didn't hear anything back until recently and they say I didn't send in my support information and I did via email and have proof XX/XX/year> for {$50.00} ( this order was never received, the company didn't track it, just mailed from overseas and it was probably lost. NO TRACKING or insurance ) XX/XX/year> for {$50.00} ( this XXXX arrived but it was expired, i sent photos to the company and to PNC ) the charges went through- XXXX XXXX mailed in all of the information they requested but they say they didn't receive it. I sent it in via fax and via email. I am unsure they would wait almost XXXX months to let me know they didn't receive any info
