Fees or costs after closing. I was scammed and sold into a predatory loan product, completely lied to about the " discount points '' being offered to me by Rocket Mortgage. I was told the discount was being offered " by the company '' when in fact it was a discount point buydown coming out of my own pocket. My FHA loan had reached 80 % LTV and the PMI was falling off on it's own as well. I lost equity in my home, I lost years I paid on the loan and I was sold a product that has nearly put me house poor. I attempted to deal with Rocket Mortgage and they basically told me that I fell for their sales pitch and too bad so sad. I am currently in the process of refinancing this horrible loan again just about XXXX months later simply to escape this horrible company and predatory loan.
