Problem accessing account. I called Navy Federal customer service Saturday, XX/XX/year>, as my transaction was being declined. I attempted to withdraw cash which was also declined. I reset my debit card pin on the app as well as verbally with a live rep on Saturday. This debit card is new and has never been used. The representative said she would have another card sent to my home, however, that this card may start working and if it does that I may use it until my new debit card arrives. I attempted to use it to withdraw cash back from a transaction at the grocery store ( 4 times ) as it wasnt going through. This withdrew {$1.00} from my checking XXXX times and still declined the transaction. I called Navy Federal today, XX/XX/year>, to discuss the declined transactions/fees associated. Add
