Loan sold or transferred to another company. I found out my mortgage company XXXX XXXX was changed on XX/XX/XXXX from the new company, Mr Cooper. The letter said that the change was effective XX/XX/XXXX, but that there would be changes to my mortgage except where t make payments. No other information was provided. When I tried to change back to XXXX XXXX, Mr Cooper told me the only option was to refinance. That would mean a higher rate than my current mortgage with XXXX XXXX. Then I discovered that Mr. Cooper changed my home insurance company with my permission. I trouble filing a claim with my old insurance company.
