Reporting company used your report improperly. Checking my credit report, account MACYS/CBNA ( XXXX ) shows late payment remarks that are inaccurate since I have not missed any payments. I have made several disputes regarding this issue ; however, the remark only seemed to 'validate ' itself according to them, but in none of their responses did they provide certified information that verifies I was indeed in delinquency.
