Personal information incorrect. The following accounts has been charged off, Since then the account has repeatedly been updated as charged off every month. This is an update in the payment history. A charged off account should not have an active payment history. This inaccurate information falsely manipulates the statute of limitations. You guys have failed to investigate this account property after I asked you to do it FOUR times and your neglect has violated my consumer rights. The dispute results I received in the mail has the wrong last 4 of my social security number I am demanding a deletion and/or a full updated account status including : Payment History, Date open, Date Closed, Account Status & Last reported or legal actions will be taken.
