Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (OK)

Personal information incorrect. I called Experience, and spoke to XXXX member I'd XXXX to have the inaccurate address removed from my report, they said it is there policy that they can not remove them if they are linked to an account that is not finalized, under federal law 15 U.S.C. 1681 governs Accuracy and Experian is reporting inaccurate information and refusing to fix flash. Remove the addresses. Because they are inaccurate information. Even though that they are linked to a credit account, the creditor has stated inaccurate information. I have disputed this as inaccurate information. And they refuse to fix the problem. They are in violation of this law.
