Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — DISCOVER BANK (CA)

Problem with personal statement of dispute. XX/XX/year> I mailed certified letters to Discover, XXXX and XXXX proving I was not the account owner nor joint account owner via an affidavit from my father who is the actual account owner along with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I also demanded Discover to send me the joint application form to which they returned a form asking me for all my information! Total XXXX if they thought I was sending them that information. In addition I have requested disputes with the credit reporting agencies and sent them all required documentation and they said Discover Bank said it was a joint account. So yes, XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is a joint account NOT with my name XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have not missed a payment on my accounts in XXXX plus years and the reason I c
