Company closed your account. On or around XXXX I received a letter saying that my credit card would be cancelled. I requested to reconsider this request as my credit report had been drastically altered within the last 60 days. I submitted this request via phone on XXXX, as well as by mail on XXXX. Citibank failed to supply requested documents and the outcome of the appeal. I have called multiple times and have spent over XXXX cumulative hours on the phone. I am perpetually transferred between Fraud and Customer Service with no resolve.
