Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (CO)

Account status incorrect. My Equifax credit report shows none of my creditors have been updated since XX/XX/2023. This issue is only there for Equifax. All my credit accounts on XXXX and XXXX are updated monthly with no issues at all. I called in and did their ID verification by text ( scanned US Passport and selfie ) and they told me they couldn't verify me and to mail documents in. I'm not mailing anything to a company that had a breach. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after a long hold, I got a supervisor who told me I failed verification as soon as he got on the phone. I asked the supervisor what my name was to see if he actually had my credit report up and he didn't even know it ... All he kept doing was lying to me. The fact that this company outsources its support and superviso
