Problem with personal statement of dispute. I found out that my identity was stolen and my accounts were used in fraudulent activities online. I immediately reported this to the company and bureaus. I even called and requested for XXXX today to kindly delete and close the account that got compromised but they insist on keeping it on record for 7 years. Not to mention that I was sick and almost died on XX/XX/XXXX and they added a late payment on that same account. I told them about the situation and the bureaus but they still refuse to help me to this date. I have been going back and forth since the beginning of XXXX. That is very unfair. I request for this account to be closed and deleted from my credit reports. I am willing to pay the dues if I have to, but please delete this asap. I expe
