Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (GA)

Other problem getting your report or credit score. Equifax is not allowing me access to my credit report and records of the disputes. When I log into the portal and request free credit report because I am on public assistance and applying for employment within the next XXXX days. The portal just continues to deny access to me viewing my credit report and states no " indicator on file ''. I can not see the history of my disputes to know the status. When I log into the portal is also states the wrong name, so I am not sure if they are mixing my file with another individual or what. I would like to be able to see my XXXX XXXX XXXX, freeze status and fraud alert status. I should be able to use the security free and fraud alert function IF I need to, but the website is not giving me any option
