Checking or savings account — CITIBANK, N.A. (FL)

Can't close your account. On XX/XX/year>, I sent a letter to Citibank to re-activate my savings account. I also requested that my account is to be closed and to send a check to my address. They activated my account, but did not close my account. In XX/XX/year>, I requested a new ATM card and they complied. On XX/XX/year>, I requested that my account be closed once again and was told that it could not be closed, because the account was inactive.
