I requested, from XXXX, four different occasions via certified mail, documented proof from XXXX stating the item on my XXXX report is incorrect I uploaded the voice conversation that I recorded with XXXX XXXXXXXX as proof. Had no time to research. I received the results within XXXX business days after receipt from XXXX of my dispute. Theres no XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX couldve researched and closed the dispute within XXXX business days, in addition, I received no back up documentation of their investigation. I want this removed from my XXXX report as I have rendered proof to experience and XXXX XXXX has hung up on me on XXXX different occasions.
