Trying to communicate with the company to fix an issue while managing or servicing your loan. XXXX XXXX XXXX is using an internet appliance from XXXX. It appears that the internet appliance is blocking connections from international IP addresses. This is a problem for folks that have a VA loan that are XXXX XXXX. It makes maintenance of the mortgage impossible without using a XXXX, most of which are sketchy at best. I have sent numerous emails to the company over the past 45 days and received no response aside from automated responses stating the email address is no longer valid. Attempts to reach the mortgage company website result in 403 error, stating the web page is BLOCKED
