None. I have used this app multiple times before to send money to my mother! On the XXXX of XX/XX/2024 I sent {$250.00} to my mother and On the XXXX I found on the app that the transaction had been canceled and the money refund because I violated there community rules and standards! I reached out to them and they couldn't tell me exactly what I violated! I tried to explain this was my mom! Our last names are on our accounts so I don't understand why there would be a problem! They said they would send a appeal.
