Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (FL)

Investigation took more than 30 days. I sent a letter regarding the errors and unfamiliar entries on my credit report, but sadly, I haven't heard back in over 30 days. It seems like my concerns are being overlooked, and I feel taken advantage of. As per Section 611 ( a ), if these issues aren't investigated within 30 days, they should be removed from my credit report without delay. I might need to pursue legal action because of the stress this situation has put me under.
