Threatened to sue you for very old debt. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a threatening letter from Midland Credit Management ( XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX ) concerning an old fraudulent situation that was already addressed and resolved in XXXX of XXXX by the Account Protection Team of Comenity Bank after a complaint presented by me years earlier in regards on an inactive account that presented fraudulent activity ( letter with the resolution and apologies provided with this claim ). For security reasons, I come directly to you at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau instead of engaging in any type of communication with the senders.
