Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (GA)

Problem with product or service terms changing. On XX/XX/year>, I tried to submit an Amended Annual report for the State of Ga for my business and at the end of the submission they use Experian 's Identity Proofing Service. After normorus tries in submitting my information, I kept getting locked out my account. I finally called the Secrectary of State for GA and was advise to contact Experian. I tried several times to contact Experian via phone to speak to someone and their automated services would not allow me to speak to a live person. I called XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX and all would not direct me to a live person to speak to about an issue with their verification services.
