Reporting company used your report improperly. I want these items deleted from my credit reports effective immediately. I am attaching proof that XXXX has admitted that i was in fact a victim of this data breach, XXXX, XXXX and Tansunion have done nothing to fix the misuse of my credit. Please help me delete illegal accounts from all of my credit reports. The following accounts, addresses and inquiries were fraudulent.
