Trouble using the card to spend money in a store or online. Hello, I received a prepaid card last year for {$200.00} after completing the steps for a rebate program with XXXX contacts. I moved soon after, and lost my prepaid card. I contacted " Customer Care '' before the card would have expired in XXXX. I was directed to Prepaid Digital Solutions and unable to receive the funds a different way. I located the card about XXXX weeks ago. It had been activated by the company prior to them sending it, as stated on a sticker on the front of the card. However, I hadn't used the card at all.
