Credit card — BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (OH)

Card was charged for something you did not purchase with the card. On XX/XX/year> a fake Bank of America employee called me and asked for me to authorize {$27000.00} to them via an email. I never acted on the email nor ever gave this person my Bank of America credit card number. However they were somehow able to get access to the whole account with a couple of text codes. Nevertheless on XX/XX/year> at XXXX XXXX a real Bank of America employee called me with badge number dbblc, her name was XXXX. She was on the fraud team and asked me if I authorized {$27000.00} to go to another person. I said I did not and I want her to reject the {$27000.00} from going through on the credit card. She said she would reject the {$27000.00} from going through on the credit card and issue me two new cards. H
