Information belongs to someone else. XXXX XXXX I have previously sent out a complaint through the XXXX portal to rectify my information on my credit report not reporting a 100 % accurately. And my rights are being violated, i also made a complaint statement regarding the tax fraud That Equifax is doing .How your company is illegally reporting a charge off on my credit report still You violated FCRA 15 USC 1681eb and the information you reported is not 100 % accurate. On top of the Tax Fraud you have committed. My complaint today is to address the willful neglect and lack of response to my previous complaint with the CFPB i have give me 30 days which is the more the reasonable time. For you to fix the situation i have not received the response back or letter regarding these matters. XXXX XX
