Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports complaint — EQUIFAX, INC. (TX)

I have been trying to dispute incorrect and/or invalid items listed on my credit report and have gotten no assistance from the creditors or the credit bureaus regarding this matter. Please see attached documents and letter for referenced issues from above.
