Debt collection complaint — National Credit Systems,Inc. (FL)

I have had serval accounts open in my name due to identity theft. I had filed disputes and submitted aN FTC report and still XXXX had not removed these items! My score keeps going down and down! All the other credit bureaus has deleted these items but XXXX! I need these items to be deleted!! They are hurting my score and keeping me from getting a apartment!
