My car was wreaked in XX/XX/2023 and I had lease agreement with Nissan Motor Acceptance. Per there lease agreement section XXXX I am entitled to a pro-rated amount of my cash reduction money that I put down on the car at purchase. That amount was {$4000.00} of a 18 month lease. The month I had the wreak I had paid 7 months in and had 11 months remaining on my lease. When the car was wreaked it had a payoff value of {$39000.00}. In the State of Georgia Insurance carrier have to pay you the value of the replacement of the car, which was {$43000.00}. Per Nissan lease agreement in section XXXX it states that I will receive a pro-rate term of my capital reduction that I put down on the car.
