Navient XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX This student loan company gave me false information about my student loan, although I was making payments, and was diligent about annual renewals, and communication. The problems have been ongoing and Navient has withheld the truth about the loan. I discovered the extent of the dishonesty when I decided to consolidate all of my loans.
