On : XX/XX/2019 a call was made to experian regarding my credit freeze to my credit report and I spoke with XXXX of experian in XXXX XXXX who told me that I had just frozen my credit with Experian corporation , I told him that I did not and he said when you called in you just did that. I only called the number for experian and followed the prompts to reach a representative to discuss the circumstances which EXPERIAN REFUSES TO REVERT BACK TO a free credit report, available to all companies/entities requesting my credit level which is about XXXX to XXXX and that has been my credit for over sixty years with out a freeze being in place on any agency for credit reporting.
